We start with the foundations, including a clear understanding of the colour wheel and how colours work together, so everything you build feels grounded and easy to apply.

Who can become a colour consultant?
There are no strict requirements to become a colour consultant but the people who do this well tend to share a few things in common. An interest in colour helps, but more importantly, it’s about how you work with people. Being able to listen, notice the details, and adapt your approach to each individual. Because no two clients are the same and your ability to balance knowledge with intuition is what makes your work feel considered, not formulaic.

What’s included in the training?
You’ll receive in-depth, practical training covering seasonal, tonal and sub-seasonal colour analysis, along with a comprehensive manual and supporting tools such as 4 seasonal swatch books, a colour wheel, colour cards and a colour theory related book to get things started. You’ll also have the option to invest in professional drapes if you’d like to build your kit further. We'll share all the details in your training.
How is the training delivered?
With experienced tutors, your training course takes place in small, in-person groups at carefully selected venues in London and Manchester. This allows for a more personal, focused learning experience with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practice. You will go through both theory and practical learning.

How quickly can I make my investment back?
Many of our clients begin offering colour analysis soon after completing the training. While results will always depend on how you apply what you’ve learned, it’s very possible to begin generating income within a relatively short space of time. The greatest results come for those who start planning their business before they study.
Do I receive a certificate after training?
Our course is CPD accredited, so you are asked to complete an assessment and provide a case study following your training session. You are asked to do this in your own time, but there is no time limit to when you submit the information.
Case studies are written and photographic evidence of a client colour session explaining your process with colour and the results.
I’ve trained elsewhere, is this still suitable for me?
Our course is suitable for everyone. However, if you have studied elsewhere and understand the basics of colour analysis, specifically in seasonal theory, you may be better qualified for our Advanced Colour Masterclass, which will fill the gaps in your knowledge and extend your learning. But if you feel you want to start over and are prepared to learn from the beginning, this course is for you.
Will I feel confident delivering colour analysis after the course?
You’ll leave with the knowledge, structure and guidance to begin delivering colour analysis consultations. As with any skill, confidence develops through practice and this training is designed to give you a strong, reliable starting point.

Our Colour Analysis Beginners Course starts at 10am-4pm, we usually ask you to allow an additional hour at the end of the day because it's common to run over time and ensure you get the best from the day.
